Day 3 - Queets Trail

Queets trail is only accessible by fording the Queets river on foot.
Summer is when the water is lowest, but the water can still be deeper at certain points.

The Queets trail is just a dirt path wide enough for two feet.
Evidence of bear (bear scat) and deer/elk (flattened grass) are all around.

We stay too late and decide to eat dinner at a seaside lodge instead of rushing back to camp.

Clam chowder :D

By the third night, I know how to dress for a night in the tent.
