Pink strawberry cake with lemon cream cheese frosting in between the 3 tiers for someone's birthday. Packed carefully and seems to have survived the shipping in very good condition.

| Wide ribbons run in a cross under the cake to the cake can be safely lifted out of the tin without touching the sides. |

| Carved the words out of the top tier. Then piped the icing into the words so it wouldn't protrude and get rubbed off by the packaging. Worked well. |
